1. Eligibility
- The 2026 Chinese New Year Cash Out Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 3 February 2026 to 28 February 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise stated or extended at Lyte’s sole discretion.
- Promotion may end earlier if all promotion code redemptions are fully utilised.
2. Eligibility
- This Promotion is exclusively available to selected ERA and PropNex property agents who:

- Have an active LytePay account; and
-
- Have successfully completed KYC and bank account verification with LytePay, as reflected in Lyte’s records, prior to redemption who shall be referred to as “Eligible Agents”
3. Promotion Mechanics
- The redemption code “HUAT2026” entitles Eligible Agents to a reduced cash out fee of 3.88%, applicable to cash out transactions with a minimum cash out amount of $8,000 (before fees).
- The redemption code may be used multiple times by an Eligible Agent during the Promotion, subject to a cap of the first 100 successful redemptions in total across all Eligible Agents, on a first-come, first served basis.
- Only one (01) redemption code may be applied per transaction. The redemption code cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
- Redemption is subject to the Eligible Agent having a sufficient LyteMoney balance available for cash out in LytePay’s Application.
4. Transaction & Processing Conditions
- All cash out transactions are subject to Lyte’s standard approval, verification and processing procedures.
- Lyte reserves the right to decline, suspend, reverse, or cancel any transaction where:

- Eligibility criteria are not met;

- The redemption code has been fully redeemed;

- Fraudulent or suspicious activity; or
-
- There is a breach of Lyte’s Terms of Service
5. General Conditions
- Once a redemption code has been successfully applied, the transaction cannot be reversed or amended.
- The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and may only be used by the Eligible Agents for cash outs transactions with LytePay.
- Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions will result in the ineligibility for participation in the Promotion.
- Lyte reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion and without liability, to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
