1. Promotion Period

The Mid-Year Power Up 2026 3.9% Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 18 May 2026 to 18 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise extended at Lyte’s sole discretion.

This Promotion may end earlier once all redemptions have been fully utilised.
2. Eligibility

This Promotion is exclusively available to selected registered ERA, Huttons, OrangeTee and PropNex agents who:

Have an active LytePay account; and
-
Have successfully completed KYC and bank account verification, as reflected in Lyte’s records, prior to redemption.

(collectively, “Eligible Agents” and each, an “Eligible Agent”)
3. Promotion Mechanics

The redemption code “MIDPOW500” entitles Eligible Agents to a reduced cash out fee of 3.9%, applicable for a minimum cash out of $500 (before fees) per cash out transaction.

The redemption code may be used multiple times by each Eligible Agent during the Promotional Period, but is limited to the first 40 approved and successfully completed cash out transactions, on a first-come, first served basis.

The redemption code cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or codes.

Redemption is subject to the agent having sufficient LyteMoney balance for cash out in LytePay’s Application.
4. Transaction & Processing Conditions

All cash out transactions are subject to Lyte’s standard approval and verification.

Lyte reserves the right to decline, suspend or cancel any transaction where:
-
Eligibility criteria are not met;
-
The redemption code has been fully redeemed;
-
Fraudulent or suspicious activity; or
-
There is a breach of Lyte’s Terms of Service.

5. General Conditions

Once the redemption code has been successfully applied to a submitted transaction, it cannot be reversed or amended.

The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and may only be used for cash outs with LytePay.

Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the property agent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion.

LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this Promotion.

Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
