1. Promotion Period
1.1 The First Cash Out 3.8% Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 4 March to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise extended at Lyte’s sole discretion.
1.2 This Promotion may end earlier once all redemptions have been fully utilised.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Promotion is exclusively available to registered ERA, Huttons, OrangeTee and PropNex agents who:
- Have an active LytePay account;
- Have successfully completed KYC and bank account verification, as reflected in Lyte’s records, prior to redemption;
- Have a minimum available LyteMoney balance of at least $500 at the point of cash out transaction submission; and
- Are first-time cash out users.
2.2 For the purpose of this Promotion:
- A “first-time cash out user” refers to:
- a user who has not completed any successful cash out transaction on Lyte prior to the Promotion Period; or
- users who have completed only one (1) prior cash out transaction using the redemption code “NEW500FREE” and have not made any other cash out transactions thereafter.
3. Promotion Mechanics
3.1 The redemption code “NEW2LYTE” entitles eligible users to a reduced cash out fee of 3.8% on their first eligible cash out transaction.
3.2 Each eligible user may redeem the promotion code once only, and it cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or codes.
3.3 The Promotion is limited to the first 480 approved and successfully completed cash out transactions, on a first-come, first served basis.
3.4 Redemption is subjected to the user having sufficient LyteMoney balance for cash out in LytePay’s Application.
4. Transaction & Processing Conditions
4.1 All cash out transactions are subject to Lyte’s standard approval and verification.
4.2 Lyte reserves the right to decline, suspend or cancel any transaction where:
- Eligibility criteria are not met;
- The redemption code has been fully redeemed;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity; or
- There is a breach of Lyte’s Terms of Service.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Once the redemption code has been successfully applied to a submitted transaction, it cannot be reversed or amended.
5.2 The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and may only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
5.3 Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the property agent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion.
5.4 LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this
5.5 Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
