- This promotion is valid for eligible transactions made from 12 Oct 2023 to 31 Oct 2023.
- This promotion is only applicable to registered property agents from ERA and PropNex.
- The property agent must have first signed up and have their accounts verified with LytePay Pte Ltd (“LytePay”) before they are eligible to use the redemption code.
- This promotion is limited to the first 500 Helpling Singapore Pte Ltd (“Helpling”) vouchers, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The property agent must cash out a minimum of $500 using the redemption code HOUSEGLOW500 to be eligible for this promotion. Each property agent can only use the redemption code once.
- The HOUSEGLOW500 redemption code must be manually applied upon cash out to be eligible for the Helpling vouchers.
- Redemption codes cannot be stacked with any other offers or promotions. Only one (01) redemption code can be applied in a single transaction.
- Usage of the redemption code is subject to the property agent having a sufficient LyteMoney balance on LytePay’s Application to cash out from.
- Once the redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
- The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
- Agents will receive two (02) Helpling vouchers upon completing an eligible transaction:
- The vouchers cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
- Minimum booking of three (03) hours per session is required. Voucher amount will be reflected upon checkout. Please ensure that the voucher is applied at checkout.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
- Existing bookings are not subject to the voucher. Helpling reserves the right to amend, append or withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Promo codes are deductible from final prices of all service pages except for Moving Service, Pest Control, Elderly Care, Full Time Maid, Child Care where users must fill in specifics and await a final price quotation.

- This voucher entitles the bearer to a $35 discount on one-off bookings with Helpling for General Home Cleaning Services. For recurring bookings, the voucher applies to the first event only.
- The voucher is only valid for new customers of Helpling until 31 December 2023, on their first booking only.
- Usage of the voucher code is not limited to one account, and can be redeemed by different accounts.
- This voucher entitles the bearer to a $35 discount on one-off bookings with Helpling Singapore for any Helpling Singapore’s Home Services excluding General Home Cleaning Service, with a minimum spend of $80.
- The voucher is valid for both new and existing customers of Helpling Singapore until 31 December 2023.
- Each account may redeem this voucher multiple times. This voucher code can also be used by more than one account.
- The Helpling vouchers will be sent to eligible property agents via their LytePay-registered email by LytePay within 10 working days of completing an eligible transaction. Please also check the junk/spam/promotion inboxes of the LytePay-registered email address.
- Agents must have an account with Helpling before they are eligible to use the vouchers.
- Agents who have participated in this promotion will not be eligible to receive additional Helpling vouchers from other ongoing LytePay promotions.
- Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the property agent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion.
- LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to terminate this Promotion at any time, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this Promotion from time to time. LytePay’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its reasonable discretion and will be final and binding on all customers. This promotion is not valid with other promotions unless otherwise expressly stated.
- Neither Helpling nor LytePay shall be under any obligation to carry out any investigation/verification of the identity/eligibility of the persons accepting the voucher using the vouchers and/or persons using the voucher (s). Neither Helpling nor Lyte shall be responsible or liable for any liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses howsoever arising or resulting from any improper or unauthorised use/replication of any of the vouchers, or wrongful redemption of the vouchers, unless such liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses are caused by the fraud, wilful default or gross negligence of Helpling or LytePay.
- LytePay makes no representation or warranty as to the Helpling voucher or services provided. Any dispute about vouchers or services provided must be resolved with Helpling.
