Huttons Free Cash Out Flash Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   • The Huttons Free Cash Out Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 19 January 2026 to 23 January 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise stated or extended at Lyte’s sole discretion.
   • Promotion may end earlier if all promotion code redemptions are fully utilised.

2. Eligibility
   • This Promotion is exclusively available to registered Huttons agents with an active LytePay account.
   • To be eligible for the Promotion, users must:
     • Have first signed up and have their KYC and bank account verified with LytePay Pte Ltd (“LytePay”);
     • Be a first-time cash out user;
     • Meet the minimum eligible transactions in their LytePay account; and
     • Meet the minimum LyteMoney balance at the point of promotion redemption.
   • Users who have previously completed any cash out on Lyte prior to the Promotion Period are not eligible.
3. Promotion Mechanics & Tier Eligibility
   • The Promotion offers a one-time cash out fee waiver (“Free Cash Out”) applicable to a user’s first successful cash out transaction, subject to the applicable tier requirements below.
   • Eligible users may redeem only one (1) redemption code under this Promotion. Redemption code cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers.
   • The Free Cash Out Amount applicable to each user is determined by the redemption code redeemed, the user’s LyteMoney balance and the number of eligible transaction(s) at the point of redemption, as follows:
     
   • Users must meet the applicable minimum LyteMoney balance, and eligible transaction(s) requirement on LytePay prior to the cash out, for the selected tier at the point of redemption code application. Failure to meet the required balance will result in unsuccessful redemption.
   • Redemption of each tier is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time of successful redemption code application.
4. Cash Out Fee Waiver
   • The promotion waives Lyte’s prevailing cash out fee of 4.5% only up to the Free Cash Out Amount applicable to the redeemed tier.
   • Agents may cash out more than the Free Cash Out Amount within the same transaction, but the standard cash out fee of 4.5% will be applicable to any portion of the cash out amount exceeding the Free Cash Out Amount.
5. Transaction & Processing Conditions
   
   • All cash out transactions are subject to Lyte’s standard approval and verification.
   • Lyte reserves the right to decline, suspend or reverse any transaction if:
     
     • Eligibility criteria are not met;
     • The redemption code has been fully redeemed;
     • Fraudulent or suspicious activity; or
     • There is a breach of Lyte’s Terms of Service
6. General Conditions
   • Once the redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
   • The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
   • Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the property agent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion.
   • LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this
   • Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
