User Survey
- The $10 cash reward is limited to the first 20 Survey respondents that complete the Survey, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Eligible Survey respondents will receive a $10 cash reward, which will be credited via PayNow by 15 November 2025.
User Interview
- Only shortlisted respondents will be contacted via a phone or WhatsApp message to schedule a 1-hour user interview which shall be conducted by way of video conferencing via Microsoft Teams or a physical meet-up.
- Scheduled interview sessions are strictly not allowed to be rescheduled. Should shortlisted respondents who were contacted by Lyte miss their scheduled interview sessions for any reason, they shall be deemed to have not completed the user interview and shall not be eligible for the $30 cash reward.
- Respondents who filled up the survey but did not get shortlisted and contacted by Lyte will not be eligible for the $30 cash reward.
- The $30 cash reward will be credited to the shortlisted respondents who participate in the 1-hour user interview.
- Only the shortlisted respondents who have completed the 1-hour user interview will qualify for the reward.
- Shortlisted respondents who choose to conduct the user interview by way of video conferencing via Microsoft Teams will be required to turn on their cameras and accept to have the interview session recorded for transcription purposes.
- Eligible respondents will receive a $30 cash reward, which will be credited via PayNow by 1 December 2025.
- To be eligible for the reward, shortlisted respondents must fully complete the 1-hour user interview and provide all required information requested therein, including valid PayNow details.
General Terms & Conditions
- Lyte reserves the right to cancel any scheduled interview sessions with respondents at any time and for any reason. Should respondents be found to have amounts due to Lyte that exceeds their eligible receivables before the interview session has been completed, they shall be deemed to have not completed the user interview and shall not be eligible for the $30 cash reward.
- Lyte reserves the right to contact respondents for clarification on their Survey response, if necessary, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data collected.
- All incentives are non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for another item or returned for cash, credit, and any other item in whole or in part, and if lost or stolen.
- By participating in this Survey, respondents agree to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their provided information including their personal data in accordance with Lyte’s Privacy Policy. Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the respondent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion and receive the cash reward.
- Lyte reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to terminate this Promotion at any time, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this Promotion from time to time. Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its reasonable discretion and will be final and binding on all customers. This promotion is not valid with other promotions unless otherwise expressly stated.
