The promotions are only applicable to registered property agents from Huttons.

The property agent must have first signed up and have their KYC and bank account verified with LytePay Pte Ltd (“LytePay”) before they are eligible to use the Redemption codes.

Redemption codes cannot be stacked with any other offers or promotions. Only one redemption code can be applied in a single transaction.

Usage of the redemption code is subject to the property agent having sufficient LyteMoney balance on LytePay’s Application to cash out from.

Once the redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Redemption codes cannot be applied on any expedited transactions that are requested by the agent and approved by LytePay.

The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.

Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the property agent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion.

LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to terminate this promotion at any time, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this promotion from time to time. LytePay’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its reasonable discretion and will be final and binding on all customers. This promotion is not valid with other promotions unless otherwise expressly stated.
$500 Free Cash Out – Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible to use the free $500 cash out redemption code, the property agent must have first signed up and have their accounts verified with LytePay between 25 November 2024 to 2 January 2025.
- The WELCOME500HUTTONS redemption code can only be applied once and is valid only for agents who have not cashed out using LytePay before.
- The redemption code offers a free cash out of up to $500. Agents may cash out more than $500 within the same transaction, but the standard cash out fee of 4.5% will be applicable on cashout amounts after the first $500.
Limited Time 4% Processing Fee – Terms and Conditions
- The CELEB4HUTTONS redemption code provides a 4% cash out fee, applicable for a minimum cash out of $4,000.
- The redemption code can be used once by each agent during the promotional period, limited to the first 40 redemptions, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Stand to Win $88 Cash Reward Contest – Terms and Conditions

This contest is valid from 25 November 2024 to 2 January 2025.

The property agent must have first signed up and have their accounts verified with LytePay before they are eligible to participate in the contest.

Property agents can submit unlimited entries, however each entry must meet the Requirements stated below to be considered eligible for the contest. Repeated entries that do not meet the Requirements below will be disqualified.

For each entry in the contest to be considered eligible:

The property agent must have cashed out at least $500 in a single transaction, before submitting their entry by filling up the form displayed on the screen after a successful cash out submission; and

Entries must be submitted with the required information by 2 January 2025. (“Requirements”)

Should the cash out request be rejected or unsuccessful, the entry will be disqualified.

Property agents with the most creative answers, as determined by Lyte in its sole and absolute discretion, will win the prize of a $88 Cash Reward.

Each property agent is entitled to a maximum of one prize only.

There will be three (3) winners in total.

The winners will be contacted via WhatsApp by 17 January 2025.

The $88 Cash Reward will be credited to the winners via PayNow to the mobile number provided upon signing up by 25 January 2025.

By participating in the contest, property agents consent to their submissions and names being featured in publicity material, including but not limited to Lyte’s use on social media and print media, such as brochures, as and when Lyte deems fit, without informing the property agent in advance.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for another item or returned for cash, credit, and any other item in whole or in part, and if lost or stolen.

Lyte reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the prize with any other item of a similar value.

Lyte reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to terminate this Contest at any time, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this Contest from time to time. Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest will be at its reasonable discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.
