Promotion Period
- This promotion is valid from 28 February 2025 to 31 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility
- This promotion is only applicable to registered property agents from ERA, PropNex, Huttons, and OrangeTee.
- To be eligible for this promotion, property agents must:
- first be subscribed to Real Estate Analytics’s RealAgent PRO; and
- register for a LytePay account using the referral code LYTEREANEW25; and
- must have their account verified with LytePay, completed KYC, and have their bank account verified.
Promotion Mechanics
- Eligible agents who sign up for a LytePay account will receive the following:

- $20 cash rebate upon successful completion of account verification, KYC and bank account approved, which shall be credited by LytePay to the agent’s LytePay-registered bank account according to the schedule set out below:

- $30 discount on cashout fees, which shall be provided by Lyte via a redemption code that will be sent to the user’s LytePay-registered email address according to the schedule set out below:

- The redemption code is only applicable for a minimum cash out of $6,000 in one transaction.

- The redemption code can only be used once per agent during the Promotional Period.

- The redemption code must be manually applied upon cash out and is subject to the property agent having a sufficient LyteMoney balance on LytePay’s Application to cash out from.

- Once a redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.

- Redemption codes cannot be stacked with any other offers or promotions. Only one (01) redemption code can be applied in a single transaction.

- The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.

- All incentives are non-transferable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable for another incentive or returned for cash, credit, or any other incentive in whole or in part.
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise stated.
Liability and Limitations
- LytePay is a separate and independent entity from Real Estate Analytics. The inclusion of the affiliate link or any references to Real Estate Analytics does not constitute or imply any form of partnership, agency, or endorsement unless expressly stated otherwise.
Termination and Variation
- LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to terminate this promotion at any time, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this promotion from time to time. LytePay’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its reasonable discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.
Miscellaneous
- By participating in this promotion, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other applicable terms.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
