- The promotion and prizes will only be available at the PropNex Mid Year Convention on 23 August 2023, in limited quantities and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All PropNex property agents who perform either one of the following actions will be eligible to receive one (01) chance to participate in the “Lucky Dip” promotion and win a prize:
- Repost @lytepay.property’s Instagram Post onto the property agent’s Instagram Stories. The agent must also follow LytePay’s Instagram Account (@lytepay.property)
- Refer a PropNex agent who is new to LytePay. The referrer must be a PropNex agent and have an existing LytePay account, and the referree must complete sign-up and agency verification
- Each agent can participate in the “Lucky Dip” promotion once and qualify for a maximum of one prize throughout the entirety of the event.
- By participating in the “Lucky Dip” promotion, agents consent to the collection of their personal data, including but not limited to their name, contact information such as their address, email address or telephone number, to be used for marketing information about our goods or services including notifying them of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions.
- By participating in the “Lucky Dip” promotion, agents consent to their photographs or testimonials being taken and used for publicity material, including but not limited to use on social media and print media, such as brochures, as and when Lyte deems fit, without informing the agents in advance.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for another item or returned for cash, credit, and any other item in whole or in part, and if lost or stolen.
- Lyte makes no representation or warranty as to the prize. Any dispute about prizes must be resolved with the supplier of the prize, subject to the terms & conditions and decisions set forth by the supplier of the prize.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Cash Out Voucher
- Property agents who qualify for this prize will receive a redemption code via email. The redemption code can only be applied once.
- The Cash Out Voucher will be sent to agents via their Lyte-registered email address within 7 business days of the event.
- The property agent must have first signed up and have their accounts verified with LytePay before they are eligible to use the redemption code.
- The discount from the redemption code must be manually applied upon cash out, and is subject to the property agent having a sufficient LyteMoney balance on LytePay’s Application to cash out from.
- The redemption code is only applicable for a minimum cash out of $5,000 in one transaction.
- As the promotion is calculated as a 11.11% discount off the prevailing cash out fee of 4.5%, please note that slight rounding differences in the final cash out fee, of up to $1.00, may occur per transaction.
- The property agent may cash out more than the stated minimum cash out amount required to utilise the redemption codes. However, the prevailing cash out fee will be applicable on amounts exceeding the stated amount thereafter.
- Once a redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
- The redemption code will be valid for 30 days from date of issuance (inclusive).
- The redemption codes are strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
