Scratch & Win Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

• The Scratch & Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 16 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise stated or extended at Lyte’s sole discretion.
• Lyte reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier once all redemptions have been fully utilised.

2. Eligibility 

• This Promotion is exclusively available to registered PropNex, ERA, Huttons, and OrangeTee property agents who complete a successful sign-up for a new LytePay Account during the Promotion Period.
• For the purpose of this Promotion:
  • A “successful sign-up” refers to the completion of:
    • LytePay account registration; and
    • Agency verification with Lyte

 3. Promotion Mechanics  

• Eligible users will receive one (01) chance to participate in the Scratch & Win Promotion upon successful sign-up.

• Each eligible participant may win a maximum of one (01) prize only.

• Participants who win a prize must contact our Lyte Representatives via email or WhatsApp to verify their prize and receive redemption instructions.

• “Lyte Representatives” refers to:

 4. Prize Fulfilment

• Physical prizes will be fulfilled within 30 days after verification by Lyte Representatives, unless otherwise stated.

• Digital prizes, vouchers or redemption codes will be issued within 7 Business days after verification.

• For the purpose of this Promotion:
  • “Successful sign-up” refers to the completion of LytePay account registration, and agency verification

  • The prizes applicable to each user are determined by the prize code revealed during the Scratch & Win activity as follows:

 5. Participation Limits

• Each property agent may participate only once in the “Scratch & Win” Promotion.

• Each participant is eligible to receive a maximum of one (01) prize throughout the entire Promotion.

 6. Marketing and Publicity Consent

• By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the collection of their personal data, including but not limited to their name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address, for the purpose of administering the Promotion and receiving marketing communication relating to Lyte’s products, services, events and promotions.

• Participants further consent to Lyte using their photographs, testimonials or likeness for publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media, website and printed marketing materials, without additional compensation or prior notice.

 7. General Prize Conditions

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for another item or returned for cash, credit, and any other item in whole or in part, and if lost or stolen.

• Lyte makes no representation or warranty in respect of any prizes. Any dispute about prizes must be resolved with the supplier of the prize, subject to the terms & conditions and decisions set forth by the supplier of the prize.

• Any disputes relating to prizes supplied by third-party providers must be resolved directly with the respective supplier, subject to their terms and conditions.

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with NTUC Fairprice, ZipAir, Dyson or MaxiCash, or any other third-party brands referenced in the prizes.

• Where prizes are sponsored or fulfilled by third-parties, such prizes are subject to the respective partner’s terms and conditions.

• All prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.

• Travel prizes do not include accommodation, travel insurance, airport transfers, or other travel-related expenses unless otherwise stated.

• Lyte reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or similar value without prior notice.

• Lyte reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is suspected of fraudulent behaviour, manipulation of the promotion mechanics, or breach of LytePay’s Terms of Service.

• Lyte reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. 

Additional Terms & Conditions for RealAgent Free Account / RealAgent Vouchers

 1. Promotion Mechanics and Prize Eligibility

• This promotion is valid only from 16 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise stated or extended at RealAgent’s sole discretion.
• Property agents who reveal either of the following prize codes under the Scratch & Win Promotion shall be eligible to receive the corresponding RealAgent benefit:

• Eligible property agents are required to contact Lyte Representatives to verify their prize and receive redemption instructions.
• “Lyte Representatives” refers to:

  • Joey (+65 9846 3559, joey.ong@lyte.co 
• Existing RealAgent users, may apply the voucher to their renewed RealAgent Professional Account where applicable.

 2. Transferability

• Prizes under this category are transferable.
• The recipient may transfer the prize to another individual or property agent prior to redemption.
• Once the redemption code has been issued or used, it cannot be reversed, exchanged or replaced.

 3. General Conditions

• The RealAgent prizes are sponsored and fulfilled by RealAgent.
• LytePay makes no representation or warranty regarding the RealAgent platform, products or services. Any dispute, issue, or claim relating to the use of the RealAgent account or voucher must be resolved directly with RealAgent, subject to their prevailing terms and conditions.
• RealAgent reserves the right to:
  • Verify the eligibility of any participant;
  • Reject or cancel any redemption suspected to involve fraud, abuse or misuse of the promotion.
• Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Cash Out Fee Waiver

 1.  Eligibility

• This Promotion is exclusively available to registered PropNex, ERA, Huttons and OrangeTee agents with an active LytePay account.
• To be eligible for the Promotion, users must have first signed up and have their KYC and bank account verified with LytePay Pte Ltd (“LytePay”)

 2. Promotion Mechanics and Prize Eligibility

• Eligible users may redeem a maximum of only one (01) redemption code under this Promotion. Redemption code cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers.
• The Free Cash Out Amount applicable to each user is determined by the prize code revealed as follows: 

 3.  Cash Out Fee Waiver

• The promotion waives Lyte’s prevailing cash out fee of 4.5% only up to the Free Cash Out Amount applicable to the redeemed prize.
• Agents may cash out more than the Free Cash Out Amount within the same transaction, but the standard cash out fee of 4.5% will be applicable to any portion of the cash out amount exceeding the Free Cash Out Amount.

 4.  Transaction & Processing Conditions

• All cash out transactions are subject to Lyte’s standard approval and verification.
• Lyte reserves the right to decline, suspend or reverse any transaction if:
  • • Eligibility criteria are not met;
    • The redemption code has been fully redeemed;
    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity; or
    • There is a breach of Lyte’s Terms of Service.

 5.  General Conditions

• Once the redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
• The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
• Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the property agent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion.
• LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this.
• Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Cash Out Voucher

 1.  Eligibility

• This Promotion is exclusively available to registered PropNex, ERA, Huttons and OrangeTee agents with an active LytePay account.
• To be eligible for the Promotion, users must:
  • Have first signed up and have their KYC and bank account verified with LytePay Pte Ltd (“LytePay”).

 2. Promotion Mechanics and Prize Eligibility

• Property agents who win this prize are required to contact our Lyte Representatives to receive a redemption code via email or WhatsApp. The redemption code can only be applied once.
• “Lyte Representatives” refers to:

• Eligible users may redeem only one (01) redemption code under this Promotion. Redemption code cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers.
• The Cash Out Voucher applicable to each user is determined by the prize redeemed as follows:

• The redemption code for the Cash Out Voucher will be sent to agents via their Lyte-registered email address within 7 business days after verification by Lyte Representatives.

 3.  Cash Out Fee Discount

• The cash out fee discount entitles users to a reduced cash out fee based on the eligible prize.
• The property agent must have first signed up and have their accounts verified with LytePay (including having completed KYC and bank account verification) before they are eligible to use the redemption code.
• The property agent must have a minimum available LyteMoney balance of at least $500 at the point of cash out transaction submission, and can only submit a maximum of $100,000 per cash out transaction.
• The discount from the redemption code must be manually applied upon cash out and is subject to the property agent having a sufficient LyteMoney balance on LytePay’s Application to cash out from.
• Once a redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
• The redemption code will be valid for 30 days from date of issuance (inclusive).
• The redemption codes are strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
