We work closely with OrangeTee to provide commission advance service (projects and resales only) to OrangeTee property agents. When a cash out request is submitted by an OrangeTee agent, LytePay will proceed with transferring the requested payment amount to the OrangeTee agent’s registered bank account.
No, LytePay is not a loan. LytePay provides the service of advancing your commission and charges a one-time flat fee for the amount you withdraw. There will never be interest charges to your advance requests. Rest assured, using LytePay will never impact your Total Debt Serving Ratio (TDSR) and credit score.

No. If you do not submit a cash out request via LytePay, OrangeTee will continue to pay you the usual way.
Upon completion of the sign-up process, your account will be verified by LytePay within 1 business day. After which, you can start submitting your cash out request. Please note that you must have a sufficient LyteMoney balance to cash out.
Create an account with LytePay, and verify your identity with your mobile number, email, and CEA number. Upon submitting a cash out request, you will receive your commission within 1 business day. Do note that once a cash out request has been submitted, the transaction is irreversible.
In most instances, you may advance up to $50,000 of your available commissions per transaction. There is a minimum of $500 per transaction. Please note that the outstanding amount to LytePay cannot exceed $50,000 at any given time.
We charge a one-time flat fee of 4.5% for the amount you withdraw, per transaction. For example, if you cash out $1,000, you only pay $45 for the processing fee.
When OrangeTee receives your commission, they will deduct the amount you’ve advanced and repay it to Lyte. The remaining commission that you did not advance will be paid to you by OrangeTee the usual way. This is done automatically between OrangeTee and Lyte.

LytePay Pte Ltd is a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act to provide (i) account issuance service; (ii) domestic money transfer service; and (iii) cross-border money transfer service.
