Tjhai x Lyte Sign Up – Terms and Conditions Copy

  • To be eligible to receive the $20 cash reward and free $1,000 cash out redemption code, the property agent has to sign up for a LytePay account between 14 July 2023 to 14 August 2023.
  • This promotion is only applicable to registered property agents from ERA or PropNex.
  • The property agent must have created an account with LytePay and have their email address, mobile, agency, identity, and bank account verified with LytePay.
  • The property agent must have submitted the Typeform provided on lyte.co/tjhai, ensuring that the fields (i.e. Full Name, CEA Number, and Mobile Number) are consistent with their LytePay account.
  • Failure to fulfil any one of the above conditions will result in the sign-up being considered an unsuccessful sign-up.
  • The $20 cash reward will be transferred to the property agent’s bank account via PayNow by 28 August 2023.
  • The $20 cash reward is strictly non-transferable. Lyte reserves the right to replace the cash reward with an item of similar value without prior notice.
  • The redemption code will be sent to the property agent to their LytePay-registered email address by 28 August 2023.
  • The redemption code will be valid for 2 months from the date of issue and is only valid for one-time use.
  • The redemption code is applicable for a minimum cash out of $1,000.
  • The entire value of the redemption code can only be applied in a single transaction.
  • The redemption code must be manually applied upon cash out and is subject to the property agent having sufficient LyteMoney balance in their LytePay account to cash out from.
  • Once the redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
  • The redemption code cannot be stacked with any other offers or promotions. Only one redemption code can be applied in a single transaction.
  • The property agent may cash out more than the stated minimum cash out amount required to utilise the redemption code. However, the standard cash out fee of 4.5% will be applicable on amounts exceeding the stated amount thereafter.
  • The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
  • Lyte reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to terminate this promotion at any time, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this promotion from time to time. Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its reasonable discretion and will be final and binding on all customers. This promotion is not valid with other promotions unless otherwise expressly stated.
