1. Redemption Period
- Redemption is subject to the Redemption Code Validity Period (defined below), regardless of the Promotion Period.
2. Eligibility
- This redemption code is exclusively available to registered ERA, Huttons, OrangeTee, PropNex, SRI, and Keller Williams agents who participated in the OCBC PartnerCare x Lyte Campaign and have successfully referred loans to OCBC.
- To utilise the code(s), users must:
- Have first signed up and have their KYC and bank account verified with LytePay Pte Ltd (“LytePay”); and
- Have a minimum LyteMoney balance of at least $500 at the point of promotion redemption.
3. Redemption

The Promotion offers a one-time cash out fee waiver (“Free Cash Out”).

Eligible users may redeem each type of promo code only once under this Promotion. Redemption code cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers.

The redemption codes provided will remain valid for 3 months, as outlined in the schedule below:
- Each type of redemption code can only be used once per agent during the Promotional Period.
- The redemption code must be manually applied upon cash out and is subject to the property agent having a sufficient LyteMoney balance on LytePay’s Application to cash out from.
- Once a redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
- Redemption codes cannot be stacked with any other offers or promotions. Only one (01) redemption code can be applied in a single transaction.
- The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
- All incentives are non-transferable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable for another incentive or returned for cash, credit, or any other incentive in whole or in part.
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise stated.
4. Cash Out Fee Waiver
- The promotion waives Lyte’s prevailing cash out fee of 4.5% for ERA, Huttons, OrangeTee and PropNex, and between 4% – 21.5% for KW and SRI, only up to the Free Cash Out Amount applicable to the redeemed tier.
- Agents may cash out more than the Free Cash Out Amount within the same transaction, but the standard cash out fee of 4.5% will be applicable to any portion of the cash out amount exceeding the Free Cash Out Amount.
5. Transaction & Processing Conditions
- All cash out transactions are subject to Lyte’s standard approval and verification.
- Lyte reserves the right to decline, suspend or reverse any transaction if:
- Eligibility criteria are not met;
- The redemption code has been fully redeemed;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity; or
- There is a breach of Lyte’s Terms of Service.
6. General Conditions
- Once the redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed.
- The redemption code is strictly non-transferrable and can only be used for cash outs with LytePay.
- Failure to fulfil any one of the above terms will result in the property agent’s ineligibility to participate in this promotion.
- LytePay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this
- Lyte’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
- By participating in this promotion, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other applicable terms.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
