LytePay Pte Ltd is a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act to provide

(i) account issuance service; and

(ii) domestic money transfer service.

No, LytePay is not a loan. LytePay provides the service of advancing your commission and charges a one-time flat fee for the amount you withdraw, per transaction. There will never be interest charges to your advance requests.

Using LytePay will never impact your Total Debt Serving Ratio (TDSR) and credit score.

If you are an ERA, Huttons, OrangeTee, or PropNex agent: You’ll be able to submit a cashout with the available LyteMoney shown. Upon submitting a cash out request, you will receive your commission within 1 business day.

If you are an SRI agent: Your cash out request will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. After approval, you can choose to accept or decline it. You will receive your commission 1-2 business days after you accept it.

Please note that once a cash out request has been submitted, the transaction is irreversible.

If you are an ERA, Huttons, or PropNex agent: In most instances, you may advance up to $100,000 of your available commissions per transaction. There is a minimum of $500 per transaction. Please note that the outstanding amount owing to LytePay cannot exceed $200,000 at any given time.

If you are an OrangeTee agent: You may advance up to $50,000 of your available commissions per transaction. Please note that the outstanding amount to LytePay cannot exceed $50,000 at any given time.

If you are an SRI agent: You can choose to advance 50%, 60%, 70%, or 80% of the nett commission that you are expected to receive from the transaction that you would like to advance from. There is a minimum of $1,500 and a maximum of $100,000 per instant payment request.

The remaining commission that you did not advance will be paid to you by your agency the usual way. This is done automatically between your agency and Lyte.
