An email and SMS notification will be sent to you once the transfer is complete.

In most instances, you may advance up to $100,000 per instant payment request. There is a minimum of $1,500 per transaction.

For SRI agents, the processing fee is calculated automatically and dynamically via algorithm. This fee is calculated based on multiple factors such as transaction status, OTP date, and other risk factors.

On average, the processing fee is 4%-12%. Rest assured, the processing fee will appear on the request form before you submit the instant payment request.

Upon submitting the instant payment request, it will be reviewed by SRI within 3-5 business days.

After approval from SRI, you will receive an email, and you can decide to accept or decline the instant payment request.

You will receive your commission in your LytePay-registered bank account 1-2 business days after you accept the request.

When SRI receives your commission, they will deduct the amount you’ve advanced and repay it to Lyte. The remaining commission that you did not advance will be paid to you by SRI the usual way. This is done automatically between SRI and Lyte.

However, in the event where advances were made before the sale was aborted (i.e there are no commission that you are eligible for) or if there are changes in your commission amount after advancing (i.e. you had cashed out more commission than what are you eligible for), we will recover such overpayment from you directly.

The remaining commission that you did not advance will be paid to you by SRI the usual way. This is done automatically between SRI and Lyte.

Once you have officially changed agencies, your account will automatically be marked as “Agency Unverified”.

To update your agency information, simply login to access “Menu”, then select “Change Agency”. You can also update it here.

Please note that you do not need to create a new account.
Any outstanding amount owing to Lyte from advances done in your previous agency will be repaid by them to Lyte when they receive each of the commissions you have advanced.

However, in the event the commission received by your previous agency is less than the amount you had requested to cash out, we have the right to recover such overpayment from you directly.
