FAQ for PropNexians

We work closely with PropNex to provide commission advance services (projects, resales, and rentals) to PropNex property agents.

When a cash out request is submitted by a PropNex agent, LytePay will proceed with transferring the requested payment amount to the PropNex agent’s registered bank account.

Sign up for free here, using your agency-registered email address and mobile. Ensure that your email address, mobile, agency, identity (via SingPass), and bank account are verified.

No. If you do not submit a cash out request via LytePay, PropNex will continue to pay you the usual way.

We charge a one-time flat fee of 4.5% for the amount you withdraw, per transaction.

For example, if you cash out $1,000, you only pay $45 for the processing fee.
