1. When is the promotion period?
The promotion is valid from 28 February 2025 to 28 February 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. Who is eligible for this promotion?
The promotion is open to property agents from ERA, PropNex, Huttons, and OrangeTee who:
- Have registered for and verified their LytePay account.
- Register for the GoGoX Energy Fuel Card using the link provided by Lyte.
3. How do I sign up for the GoGoX Energy Fuel Card?
You can sign up via the dedicated Lyte sign-up link which can be found upon logging into your Lyte account.
Promotion Mechanics
4. What benefits do I receive as part of the promotion?
- Up to 24% discount on fuel at Shell and Esso stations.
- $10 sign-up rebate upon successful registration.
- $20 rebate after pumping 70 litres of fuel in the first month. This rebate will be applied to offset fuel spend in the second month.
- $30 rebate after pumping 70 litres of fuel in the second month. This rebate will be applied to offset fuel spend in the third month.
5. When will I receive my rebates?
- The $10 sign-up rebate is issued immediately upon successful registration.
- The $20 and $30 rebates will be issued by GoGoX Energy after meeting the fuel-pumping requirements for the respective months.
6. What if I don’t pump 70 litres of fuel in the first month?
If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in the first month, you will not quality for the rewards in the first and second months.
7. How long does it take to receive my Fuel Card?
- 10 – 12 days if paying via credit or debit card.
- 4 – 6 weeks if paying via GIRO.
Payment and Transactions
8. How do I make payments for my fuel transactions?
- At the fuel station, simply use your card at the fuel pump and enter your PIN – no need to make payment at the counter.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card or GIRO. GoGoX will deduct the payment 2 working days after the fuel transaction.
- You will receive a statement listing your monthly transactions by the 8th of the following month.
9. What happens if a payment deduction fails?
For GIRO payments, a S$10 penalty fee will be charged for each failed transaction.

10. Who do I contact for issues with my Fuel Card?
Lyte is unable to assist with issues related to the Fuel Card. For assistance, contact GoGoX Energy at the following, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays:

11. What should I do if I lose my Fuel Card?
Report it immediately to GoGoX Energy via the hotline or WhatsApp. A replacement card will be issued and delivered within 5 – 6 working days.
Important Notes
12. Are there any additional fees for using the Fuel Card?
For Lyte users, the administration fee for applying for a fuel card is waived.
13. Does Lyte manage the discount and rebates?
No. The discounts, rebates, and Fuel Card benefits are managed entirely by GoGoX Energy. Lyte provides access to this promotion through its affiliate link but is not responsible for card issuance or rebate fulfilment.
