1. Promotion Period
1.1. The Huttons CEA Renewal Free Cash Out and Cashback Campaign 2026 (“Promotion”) is valid from 12 October 2026 to 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise amended or extended at Lyte’s sole discretion.
1.2. All qualifying account registrations, account verifications and cash-out transactions must be successfully completed within the Promotion Period.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This Promotion is exclusively available to eligible real estate salespersons registered with Huttons (“Eligible Agents”).
2.2. Eligible Agents must have an active LytePay account that has successfully completed all required identity, KYC and bank account verification checks.
2.3. For the purposes of this Promotion:
a. A “New User” is an Eligible Agent who does not have a registered LytePay account before 12 October 2026, and successfully registers and completes KYC and bank account verification during the Promotion Period.
b. An “Existing User” is an Eligible Agent who already has a registered LytePay account before 12 October 2026.
3. Promotion Mechanics
3.1. New User Sign-Up Cashback
A New User who successfully registers for a LytePay account and completes KYC and bank account verification during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive S$34 cashback.
No redemption code or cash-out transaction is required to qualify for the S$34 cashback.
3.2. New User Cash-Out Cashback
A New User who:
a. Successfully registers for a LytePay account and completes KYC and bank account verification during the Promotion Period;
b. Successfully cashes out a minimum of S$20,000 during the Promotion Period at LytePay’s usual 4.5% fee; and
c. Correctly enters and applies the redemption code HUTTONS340CASH when submitting the qualifying cash-out transaction,
will be eligible to receive S$340 cashback instead of the S$34 New User Sign-Up Cashback.
3.3. Free Cash Out
a. The redemption code HUTTONS1KFCO is available to all Eligible Agents, whether New Users or Existing Users.
b. The redemption code HUTTONS1KFCO gives a one-time waiver of LytePay’s usual 4.5% cash out fee on up to the first S$1,000 of the cash out transaction to which it is applied (“Free Cash Out”). An Eligible Agent may cash out more than $1,000 in the same transaction, but the usual 4.5% cash out fee will apply to the amount above $1,000.
c. Each Eligible Agent may redeem HUTTONS1KFCO once during the Promotion Period. The code must be entered when the cash out transaction is submitted and cannot be applied retrospectively.
d. HUTTONS1KFCO cannot be used together with any other promotion or redemption code for the same cash-out transaction. HUTTONS1KFCO and HUTTONS340CASH must be used on separate cash-out transactions, and a cash-out transaction using HUTTONS1KFCO does not count towards the S$20,000 minimum in Clause 4.1.
e. Once the HUTTONS1KFCO redemption code has been applied, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Eligible Agent.
f. The redemption code HUTTONS1KFCO cannot be applied to any expedited transactions.
3.4. Existing User Cash-Out Cashback
An Existing User who:
a. Successfully cashes out a minimum of S$20,000 during the Promotion Period at LytePay’s usual 4.5% fee; and
b. Correctly enters and applies the redemption code HUTTONS340CASH when submitting the qualifying cash-out transaction,
will be eligible to receive S$340 cashback.
3.5. Maximum Cashback
Each Eligible Agent may receive only one cashback reward under this Promotion, with a maximum cashback of S$340.
For the avoidance of doubt:
a. The S$34 and S$340 cashback rewards are not cumulative.
b. A New User who qualifies for the S$340 cashback will not receive an additional S$34 cashback.
c. An Eligible Agent cannot receive more than S$340 cashback under this Promotion, regardless of the number or value of cash-out transactions completed.
d. The Free Cash Out under Clause 3.3 is a fee waiver and not a cashback reward. It does not count towards the maximum cashback of S$340, and an Eligible Agent who benefits from the Free Cash Out may still qualify for cashback under Clauses 3.1, 3.2 or 3.4, subject to the conditions of those Clauses.
4. Cash-Out and Redemption Code Conditions
4.1. The minimum qualifying cash-out amount of S$20,000 must be made in a single successful cash-out transaction submitted and completed during the Promotion Period.
4.2. The qualifying cash-out transaction will be subject to LytePay’s usual 4.5% fee and all prevailing cash-out terms, eligibility requirements and approval processes.
4.3. The redemption code HUTTONS340CASH must be correctly entered and successfully applied when the qualifying cash-out transaction is submitted.
4.4. The redemption code cannot be applied retrospectively. Cash-out transactions submitted without the redemption code, or with an incorrect redemption code, will not qualify for the S$340 cashback.
4.5. Applying the redemption code does not reduce or waive the usual 4.5% cash-out fee. The S$340 cashback will be credited separately in accordance with Section 5.
4.6. Only one promotion or redemption code may be applied to each cash-out transaction.
4.7. The redemption code HUTTONS340CASH cannot be used together with any other LytePay promotion, discount, preferential fee, cashback, redemption code or promotional benefit for the same cash-out transaction.
4.8. Eligible Agents must have sufficient LyteMoney available to complete the qualifying cash-out transaction.
4.9. Cash-out applications that are pending, rejected, cancelled, reversed or not successfully disbursed within the Promotion Period will not qualify.
4.10. Expedited cash-out fees and any other applicable charges will not be counted towards the minimum qualifying cash-out amount of S$20,000.
5. Cashback Fulfilment
5.1. Eligibility will be assessed after the Promotion Period based on LytePay’s records.
5.2. Each Eligible Agent will receive only the highest cashback amount for which they qualify:
5.3. Eligible cashback will be credited to the bank account registered with the Eligible Agent’s LytePay account by 15 December 2026.
5.4. Eligible Agents are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate, valid and up to date.
5.5. Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into any other benefit.
6. Verification and Disqualification
6.1. All account registrations, KYC verification statuses and cash-out transactions are subject to LytePay’s review and approval.
6.2. LytePay reserves the sole and absolute right to withhold, cancel or recover any cashback or fee waiver (including the value of any Free Cash Out) where:
a. The Eligible Agent does not meet these Terms and Conditions;
b. The account or qualifying cash-out transaction is subsequently cancelled, reversed or found to be invalid;
c. The Eligible Agent provides inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information;
d. LytePay reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation or other improper conduct;
e. The Eligible Agent breaches LytePay’s prevailing terms of service including LytePay’s Platform Agreement and Advance Terms of Service; or
f. LytePay deems an agent ineligible for this Promotion and cashback.
6.3. LytePay may contact an Eligible Agent to request additional information or clarification for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
7. General Conditions
7.1. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and LytePay’s prevailing terms of service.
7.2. LytePay reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time where reasonably necessary, including due to technical issues, suspected abuse, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond LytePay’s reasonable control.
7.3. LytePay will not be responsible for any delay or failure arising from system interruptions, technical issues, incomplete or inaccurate account information, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.4. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Agents consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and fulfilling the cashback and applying the Free Cash Out, in accordance with LytePay’s privacy policy.
7.5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any campaign advertisement or promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
7.6. LytePay’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, cashback fulfilment and the Free Cash Out are final and binding.
